Innovation Projects

Our intelligent drones are used in various industries and for all kinds of use purposes. We are continuously developing our solution and this page illustrates different innovation projects that we are working on at the moment.

We hope to inspire you with the many different use purposes of our intelligent drone solution by presenting these projects. Note that we have an off-shelf-solution as well as specially designed developments presented in these projects.

Intelligent drones for gas-leak reveals

With this project, the aim is to develop our AI-technology, so that gas-leakages can be identified with thermal cameras due to the temperature differences they cause on and around leaking pipes.

The project is developed in collaboration with

Esvagt A/S, Wind Power LAB, and Denmark’s National Metrology Institute, and funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

Offshore package delivery with drones

Flying with drones offshore requires durable equipment that can sustain the harsh wind and saltwater. With our intelligent drone solution, we will be able to deliver packages from service operating vessels to the nacelle of the wind turbines. This innovation project will lead to reduced transportation time and cost while improving the offshore work environment.

The transportation system is developed in collaboration with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A/S and Ørsted Wind Power A/S.

Smarter and safer inspections with intelligent drones

When inspecting tall buildings, inaccessible areas and offshore wind turbines the risk of accidents is extremely high due to the dangerous work environment.

With an intelligent drone solution, the inspections can be performed with the use of our advanced technology which delimits the risky business, reduce cost and time spent on the inspections as well as saves relevant data in the Lorenz Hive.

This innovation project is developed in collaboration with  Bladt Industries A/S, and Denmark’s National Metrology Institute.
